Print Settings
I printed the Bottom with supports going to the stem in the middle of the print and to the overhang in the window. I printed it with 10% infill because it can be printed with mostly with 4 perimeters/shells.
The Top does not need any supports. It should be printed with a heavier infill to support the loop where the clip attaches.
The clip can be printed at a lower infill to help it remain flexible.
Assembly
The main holder is split into 3 parts. The Top threads into the Bottom and the Clip helps you to secure it to your leash. The Bag holder has a stem running through the middle for you to put a roll of doggy bags on.
