Friendship or business?

I would like to know from you, in what style do you feel most comfortable communicating with creators?

Do you adhere to the requirements for pure dial-up communication or would you like to have friendly relations? To what extent do you treat the created models with understanding or are you ready to loudly declare a claim at the slightest mistake?

As my subscribers grow, I would like to create a channel in Discord to discuss various tasks and ideas. I would like to be on the same wavelength with my audience. But to what extent do you need this? Share your opinion and, perhaps, cases from life.
