new at 3d printing.....printed this on my flashforge adventurer 5m and it printed fine but the blades wont retract. can this be fixed without reprinting?
probably an error on my part but when printing this i tried two times one larger than the other and both have a line between sections and the sword would not extend again probably my fault but i would try making it bigger than you think you need to awesome print if you do it right.

it worked out perfect for me
does it work if i scale it down?
It will be a much harder print scaled down.
I think fbx file is glitched as the wire render aint working as well as the xray one
This print looks amazing! I also checked some designs on lotus365 blue, and it’s really helpful for testing different color and material setups.
What are the best layer settings? just wondering thanks
I normally print .2mm layer heights.
Hi! The end of the blade didn't come out for me, the rest is perfect. I couldn't get it to come out at all.
That normally means that it came loose from the bed.

Were you able to print it without supports? The guard looks hard to print without them.
You can add them if you want too, but I did not need them. The gusset going down the middle makes it so it does not have to bridge as far.

You can try but it can be hard if its connected all the way up the blade at the layer seam.

There is a new collapsing swords clearance test print. I would try that, then use the old test print to tune your layer seam.
