Fantastic model - love it!!! But ... I can't for the life of me get the strings to adhere on the thinnest part of the sail in the picture. I've tried printing 3 times with freshly dried PETG at different speeds and fan settings. I've also tried PLA. Wondering if you have any tips? Printing on a Prusa CORE One with either a 0.4 high flow or Obxidian nozzle. Thanks in advance!
This is really neat and impressive.
I am slightly confused on how to print this. It looks like the model was split in half. When assembling, will the lines within the sails line up well? It looks like there isn't a problem here, but I would expect some noticeable shifting and misalignment.
In the one picture, it looks like the boat was printed in wood filament?

Love your use of the different colours on the back piece, nice print :)
Printed on the Prusa MK3.5 in Sliceworx Wood PLA stained with Minwax Golden Oak and Mission Oak. The stand is in Sliceworx Royal Blue.
I forgot to turn on the Arachne wall, that's why the sails weren't sealed
Thanks for your great work, this is my modest Galleon, made with my Bambu Carbon and 3 AMS...:)
My grandfather used to make something very much like this with wood and copper wire.
This one hits me just right. Love it.
Thanks, love your work! Great ideas and design.
Excellent work!
Beautiful!
This is gorgeous, thank you for sharing it!

where can I find the two part project?
Hi there
Please can you let me know what print settings to use for an Ankermake M5?
Using AnkerStudio or Prusa slicer please.
Thanks!

This is so pretty!
How do you do the string sails without supports? Is using Arachne going to do that so I don't need supports?
Yes, they are just long bridges. You don't need supports
