I've had my 3D printer since last June and quickly found this file but wasn't brave enough to try it until today. My first cat turned out too small and the second too big but I like it. Printed in sparkly transparent PLA.
pode me dizer os parâmetros pra imprimir no fatiador Cura? Mesmo ativando a impressão de paredes finas e altura de camada 0.3 muitas das linhas desaparecem.
Thank You! For being the deciding factor on my next 3D printer being Bambu. Just by looking through what you have done. (Ordering one today... next printer)
Halo, any chance of uploading print profiles on Makerworld for Bambu printers? it would be nice to use multicolour for the owners of the ams unit.
Thanks!
I printed the frame and unbrella
How do I print the rain ,it does first layer then just goes everywhere ,i have thin lines enabled and tried on its back, just get filiment all over.what am i doing wrong .the test print came out perfect.
Hi, I use the bambu studio as adviced above. When I slice the item it only adds the Strings halfway through, is there a setting a can change to have the strings go all the way to the top of the print?
The answer is Your Using Ender. I wouldn't try this unless I have a Prusa or a Bambu printer. Im making a attempt with a Bambu P1S now , it's having issues with the Rain lots of trial and error with settings and filement brands/Types.
Printed with Bambu P1S at 0.2 layer height and set Wall Generator to Arachne (Quality tab). Cam out absolutely perfect with no stringing. The lines sag a little at first, but within a couple of seconds, they cool and tighten.
The single-line filament rainstorm with the umbrella is such a fun idea! Reminds me of the print-in-place tensegrity table I saw a while ago… was that your creation too?
any idea on how to print this-its failing for me and wants to put down supports- i have tried to print without and the stringing fails..a general settings idea and orientation would really help

Você conseguiu fazer isso? Eu tenho o mesmo problema

PLA is easy PETG is a Nightmare to get settings right. Bambu P1S PLA Standard or Silent mode, any faster the rain strings will break or not connect.
how can i print this on cura? i have a ender 3 s1...
I just don't get this at all. I've wasted a ton of time and filament on this.
This may be a bit mad and please laugh at me if so, but has anyone tried printing one of these in resin??

Slice with Orca Slicer and make sure you are using Arachne mode

in which position did you put it to print it without supports?
The orientation that it imports at is the correct one.
I'm using the Ankermate slicer and didn't get any strings. I turned on the "Print Tiny Walls" setting and now it's showing the rain.
Printing now.

yes it worked fine for me on its back with 0.2
I have the same. Didn't print the strings.
if your layer height isn't set to .2 mm it will not print the strings. or you will get odd results.
mine didn't print with any of the strings? anyone know why

in which orientation would you place this?
it was suggested to print on it's back. That's how i'm trying mine.
