Only received mf file. No STl
You will find in the 3mf files all the stl files already sorted and oriented ready to be printed. The 3mf files are one of the basic stl files.
I tried a different internet browser and it didn't work

this must be fake because I tried everything to download the models

You can try changing your internet browser because sometimes there are errors because of that.
