Mario is crashing the ceremony in true Koopa style! Wearing Bowser’s spiked green shell and a purple bowtie, he brings a hilarious twist to the classic wedding look. Designed in easy-to-print parts with every spiky detail included, this makes a standout piece for any Mario fan’s collection.

At the new recommended 125% scale profile, Wedding Mario stands about 8.5 inches (216 mm) tall and 5 inches (127 mm) deep. Profiles are still available for the older 100% scale as well as a larger 200% if you’d like to size him up.

Colors Used: Bambu Basic: White, Black, Light Grey, Mistletoe Green, Bambu Silk+: Purple, Silver Bambu Matte: Bone white (for the suit, its more of a cream color) Elegoo: Brown (Shell Spike Rings), Sky Blue (eyes) eSun: Bone White (Spikes) eSun PLA+: Beige (face) Flashforge: Lavender (vest) Overture PLA Pro: Chocolate (Hair) Geetech Silk: Gold

Printing tips: It’s recommended to use a low infill of around 6–7% for the white and green shell, and a higher infill for the face and boots to give him a sturdier balance. These settings should already be built into the profiles.

🚨🚨Important Assembly Instructions🚨🚨 Suit Assembly Instructions (Do not glue yet) Start by placing the purple vest onto the body. Slide both sides of the suit into place using the pin. Add the inner triangle shirt piece, then the round neck collar. Next, dry fit the white shell onto the back of the suit. Wiggle it gently until it pops into place. Once you’re satisfied with the fit, go back and glue the parts together and glue the white shell on. Finish by attaching the gold buttons to the vest. Glue on the purple bowtie BEFORE adding the head.

Next Assembly steps: Boots Glue the light grey tops to the silver bottoms. Attach the black soles. Connect the boots to the legs, making sure he stands level before gluing. Arms and Spikes Attach the shoulder spikes with the L/R marks facing his shoulders. Insert the pins and attach the L/R arms (the marks go against his shoulders), aligning them with the shoulder spikes. Dry fit to ensure the arms sit flush. Add the wrist spikes and hands using pins. Before gluing, check that the wrist spikes are angled so they don’t press against his body.

Jacket Details Attach the remaining gold buttons to the jacket and the backs of the arms.

Shell Attach the green shell onto the white shell using the pin. Ensure correct orientation and press firmly until it locks in place. Add all the shell rings and spikes.

Face Details

Attach the hair to the face. Slide the mustache into place, pushing the flat printed edge upward. Insert the left and right eyebrows. Eyes (Remember left and right eye means his left and right eye.) To identify the pieces: There are notches cut out on the bottom of the eye pieces. Blue eye: The notch at the top right is Mario’s right eye; the notch at the top left is his left eye. Black eye: A notch on the right is for the right eye; a notch on the left is for the left eye. Build the eyes and insert them into the face.

Hat and Head Glue the hat pieces together, carefully lining them up so they sit flush. Apply glue generously to attach the head to the hat. Make sure the bowtie is attached to the body before attaching the head. Connect the head to the body using the pin.

If you’d like to stay true to the exact outfit from Mario Odyssey, you can add the gold Bowser emblem to his hat. I personally chose to leave it off, but here’s how it looks if you want to include it.

With the final pieces in place, Wedding Bowser Mario is ready to take his spot in your collection. From the sharp spikes to the tiniest gold button, every detail comes together for a build that’s both fun and rewarding. Thanks for supporting Playco3D, and enjoy showing off your finished masterpiece!
