He might look fierce, but this version of Satan isn’t the bad guy. When ManBearPig threatens the town, Satan rises from the underworld to keep chaos in check and protect humanity. A misunderstood hero with a dark sense of justice, proving that sometimes evil has the best intentions.

This multi-part model is designed for easy printing and assembly, featuring his massive horns, muscular frame, and signature expression. Whether you see him as villain or savior, he’s ready to stand tall among your South Park lineup.

Dimensions: At 100% scale, Satan stands about 12.4 inches (315 mm) tall. Scaling up should work fine, but some face details may show slightly larger gaps. If you scale down, the tolerances on the face parts will tighten and may make assembly more difficult.

Print Profile: In addition to the multi-part version, you’ll find the head in AMS form, with the eyes, mustache, horns and mouth, ready to print.

Colors Used: Bambu Basic: Black, Cocoa Brown, Sunflower Yellow Bambu Matte: Bone White, Dark Red

Printing and Assembly Tips: This is a large model, but the legs are relatively small compared to the body. To help Satan stand securely, it’s recommended to use a higher infill for the legs and hooves. I used 50% infill for those parts, and a lower 7% infill for the upper body.

When assembling, build all parts except the hooves first. Once the body is complete, place him on the hooves on a flat surface to ensure a stable and balanced stance.

Assembly steps: Insert all the face parts: eyebrows, eyes, mustache, and mouth Glue on the beard Attach the horns — each has an arrow on the bottom that points toward his eyes You’ll know which side they belong to, as each horn fits only in its correct slot. Attach the legs to the lower body, making sure they’re aligned and sit flush Turn the body upside down and place the belt on — the printed edge should face the lower body Attach the upper body to the lower body using the pin Attach the skull eyes to the skull, then insert the skull into the body Finally, place the body and legs onto the hooves on a flat surface so he stands level

Satan is fully assembled and ready to protect South Park from ManBearPig! Make sure he’s standing level on his hooves, and he’ll hold his pose perfectly.
