Tall TPU Bifold Wallet for sewing
This has been my favorite wallet to make. It is ideal to print in 90a TPU, but 95a or flexible PLA will also work. It has space for 6 cards with 2 inner pockets for cash and an optional back pocket for other currency or documents. A saddle stitch is recommended for this. There are many in depth tutorials to be found by more advanced teachers than I am. I've included a brief demonstration, please keep in mind I am a novice.
There are individual 3mf files for Bambu, Orca, Snapmaker, and Prusa, in addition to individual STL files that can be loaded into the slicer of your choosing. There are 3 different front panels that are plain, or use 14mm or 18mm magnetic snaps like these - https://a.co/d/04aKzUld
To help with the fold, you can use a heat gun to heat up the spine of the wallet and set a heavy object on it while it cools.
I print these at a .2mm layer height with a .4mm nozzle. I prefer using the side that's printed down for the finished surface.
I have been further embellishing the TPU prints the F2 Ultra UV from xTool
