Circlular design v1
This is a 3D print on fabric design. These can be used for fashion, accessories, fidget toys, placemats, coasters, art, etc. They take between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the size and color complexity.
The first layer is printed, followed by a pause command at layer 2 (the 3mf file has the pause inserted). Place the mesh you're using on top of the first layer, and tension it with magnets. Resume the print after the magnets and fabric have been placed. Please see attached PDF for additional instructions if this is your first print on fabric. There are three sizes that are preloaded into the 3mf, in addition to two patterns. These can be resized along the x and y, just keep the z value the same at .72mm. The model is 3 layers at .24mm layer height. You can also download the STL file and add your own settings. I like printing at 35mm/s with most fabrics.
I used illusion mesh for the small example, and a superfine powermesh for the larger example. What color combinations can you come up with? These are printed on an inception style magnetic PFLAT sheet found at www.kaizen3dprints.com

Hi there! I made it to your Thang Membership! Thank ou so much for all your awesome work. You are a breath of creative fresh air inn a very saturated 3D printing space. I could use some advice here though. I am having some difficulty getting the initial layer to adhere to the build plate on these holographic plates. I have the Sooth Bambu Labs Rainbow Confetti PEF+ Circle PEK model & it wont stick to it. I know glue stick would get in the way of the design and hairspray didn't work. Ideas? THX
Heya! Welcome, and thank you! Some of those holographic build plates out there can be a real pain, some work and some don't 😥 I would recommended 35mm/s first layer speed, .24mm first layer height, and a fresh isopropyl alcohol wipe before every print. Sometimes the stickered versions don't seem to have enough squish involved. I use special magnetic pflat sheets that are a little thicker. I don't have any issue with adhesion with them 😄.
