Hi, what material do you think best suits this model? PLA or PETG?
I would say PLA will work just as fine. :)
please take down this model, as other comments suggested the magnets do not hold the leaves with the buds and putting anything in them no chance it sticks, I printed this twice tried 2 different magnets from amazon they do not work, epic waste of material and time
I would suggest fix it by removing the magnet and just making the leaf screw onto the stem
Hi, I’m sorry you had trouble with the magnets. The model has been tested, and as shown in the video, the magnets I used are strong enough to hold the leaves even with pills inside.
Unfortunately, not all magnets have the same strength, even if they have the same size, so weaker magnets may not work properly. I recommend using stronger neodymium magnets and making sure they are installed in the correct direction.
Are there individual files for the leaves and flower buds? I prefer to print by object instead of all at once.
Hi, I have bit of issue with screw mechanism. Sometimes it's hard to open the bud. Do you have any suggestion or idea how to prevent it? Thank you
The magnets required for this model are no where near strong enough to hold the buds, let alone any pills in it. Epic waste if time, money and resources.
I ordered magnets from Amazon and they are not strong enough to hold the buds onto the stem. Can you share which ones you purchased? Thank you.
Hi! Here are the ones I have used: https://amzn.eu/d/iugsr4u
Thank you!
