Split all of the parts into separate STL files, made the main dispenser body 1 part, and added small slots on the side of the dispenser slide for plastic/aluminum tweezers to grab the magnets. If you print the combined body, be sure to use supports and 15% or better infil. Getting the supports out is annoying, but I prefer a single piece.
