ORIGINAL Description: This is a Modular Display Rack I created because I needed to display my Paracord and 3D Printed Dragon Keychains at a local Craft Show. I had been using a Pegboard Wall but thought it was too big/bulky. So I created this Spinner to use the large collection of existing Pegboard Hooks I still had. After several months of testing and several spools of filament later I've come up with this working model!

✨ The Pegboard Display Spinner Has Evolved! ✨

One of my very first releases back in September 2022, the Pegboard Display Spinner quickly became a fan favorite! 🥳 But along with all the love came a long list of awesome suggestions from you all.

Now in its 3rd iteration and officially renamed the Modular Display Spinner, this system has been expanded with 50+ pieces to make it truly modular! 🔧✨ Built around an 8mm steel linear rod (tested up to 1000mm tall), it creates a sturdy display that can be customized into just about anything you can imagine. 🚀

⚠️ Unlike many fully printable display carousels, this design uses an 8mm steel or chrome linear motion rod at its core. This gives the spinner extra strength, stability, and durability, making it far more sturdy and resistant to tipping compared to fully printed keychain display designs. 💪 Because of the steel rod support, the display stays stable even when built tall or heavily loaded with prints.

➡️ Recommended Print Settings

Filament - PLA/PLA+ should be fine aslong as you don't use in direct sunlight/heat outdoors. Otherwise its recommended to print in PETG or ABS

Layer Height - 0.2mm (recommended)

Walls and Infill - Minimum PETG/ABS 2 Walls and 10% (Recommended for PLA 3 Walls, 15%+)

For Signs - Only one wall on first layer: True (recommended)

Scale - 100% (Everything is modeled with tight tolerances and should not need to be resized) (You can resize the Cylinder Risers Z to get an exact Fit.

Hull Lines - I tried my best to eliminate Hull Lines within the Model itself with negative voids, however the Shelves and Bins may have slight Lines on the base that do not effect the overall Print Quality - You can also try changing the printing order to Outerwall/Inner Wall Setting
