This product includes 115 pattern pieces and 18-28 base components depending on the size you will choose to print. Assembly requires sanding, the parts with sandpaper to ensure a smooth finish and tight assembly, making both the assembly process easier and enhancing the aesthetic quality. Use glue to attach the components and secure the wall mount with 18-28 M5 screws depending on the size you will choose. Finally, glue the shelf pieces onto the mount for a sturdy and polished result.

There are 3 other size options: • Large Model measuring: 130x26.5 cm or 51x10.4 Inches and consisting of 115 pattern pieces and 28 base pieces • Medium Model measuring: 65x13.5 cm or 25.5x5.2 Inches and consisting of 115 pattern pieces and 18 base pieces • Small Model measuring: 32.5x6.7 cm or 12.75x2.63 Inches and consisting of 115 pattern pieces and 2 base pieces.

Recommended Settings • Layer Height: 0.16-0.25mm • Wall Thickness: 1-2mm More is better to make stronger and more premium final product. You can even go wild and make it solid for ultra-premium final product. • Top/Bottom Layers: 4-5 each • Infill: 15-25% Grid • Print Speed: 40-60mm/s • Nozzle Size: 0.2-0.4mm • Supports: Enable supports.

For the bases to which the pattern pieces will be attached, we recommend a wall thickness of 3 mm and at least 30% infill. This will ensure the final design is robust and durable enough to support the weight of the pattern pieces.

Depending on the program and size options you choose, you may need to use your program's arrange tool. The large model is designed for large printers, but the base also fits smaller printers with a 21x21 cm print area. The pattern pieces for the large model have a height of 40 cm, which may exceed the capabilities of some printers. If that’s the case, you can use the medium model, which is compatible with most 3D printers that have a 21x21 cm print area.

Materials We recommend using high-strength, high-quality filaments to ensure the durability and longevity of your print. Both PLA and ABS can work effectively for this purpose.
