The StrataStack Heart is a heart-shaped evolution of the original StrataStack design, built around smooth, satisfying hexagonal sliding motion. This 3D printable fidget features interlocking pillars that slide and glide with a rhythmic, tactile feel that’s both calming and visually engaging.
Designed as a print-in-place fidget, the StrataStack Heart requires no assembly and prints as a single piece. The geometry is optimized for reliable movement and clean articulation, making it ideal for both everyday printing and showcasing motion-focused design.
Like the original design, the StrataStack Heart is ideal for desk use, focus breaks, or as a giftable design—while still preserving the precise, satisfying motion that made the original StrataStack popular.

Printing Instructions
- Print with 0% infill and 2 wall loops
- Designed for a 0.4 mm nozzle, with a .2 layer height, .42 outer wall thickness and .45 inner wall thickness (Bambu Slicer default). Deviations from this may result in overhang issues or a print that falls apart
- For the smoothest motion, use standard filaments (PLA or similar); matte or silk filaments provide different fidget sensations
- This model works well as a flush print, making it ideal for using up leftover filament
- These models are designed to be printed at their current size. You can try resizing them, but results for resized versions have not been tested
- Ensure your filaments are tuned well. Run calibrations on them!
