Painting this way isn’t difficult anyone can do it. Start with a dark undercoat. From there, rely on dry brushing for the finish. Dry brushing is the key to achieving fine detail, so don’t be afraid to mix and match colors as you go. For the blue sapphire, I blend black and blue paint, then finish with a coat of UV resin to give it a shiny, glossy look.
