This conceptual shoe design demonstrates how nTopology can be used to incorporate complex triply period minimal surfaces (TPMS) into CAD objects. See here for video: https://youtu.be/yAXaCHmYq3g
The basic structure of the shoe is designed parametrically in Onshape.
Three different orientations of the gyroid TPMS are incorporated into the upper, midsole and outsole using nTopology’s conformal cell maps. Thickening and blending of boundary edges are done using field driven design.

what size is the shoe
It would be cool to learn about slicer settings and orientation when printing, the need for support materials, etc. I would print it if I had this. Thanks.
Tractor
Only one side, I still have both feet
Mirror the first one in your slicer to get the other 😂
is it tpu or pla?
tpu logically as it is flexible..
very cool project, you can make it any size just by scaling it in Cura. So much better than being stuck to 10-12 "shoe sizes"
Can it be printed standalone, or needs to be angled and supports added? If supports, suggested angle?
Is this a wearable shoe? If so, what size is it?
