Six unique models of four-story apartment buildings destroyed by natural disaster or armed conflict.

Each building contains 32 living units, each equipped with detailed kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room areas. The common areas have chairs, tables and plants. The main entrance lobby has a bank of mailboxes. Elevators and detailed staircases lead to floors above. Balconies hold plants, chairs and bicycles.

Some units have been destroyed, while others remain untouched. Cracks and collapsed walls expose private living spaces.

This series is a reflection on the displacement and loss of life that occurs during times of natural disaster or armed conflict.

When printing, there are sections that are intentionally designed to delaminate, creating the effect of collapsed ceilings. Every effort has been made to ensure that pieces remain connected to the print, but it is advisable to inspect your vat and resin afterwards just to be safe.
