I created a GI robot mask from Creature Commandos show for a life-size cosplay. The file includes his helmet, robot head, and weapon. I made the eyes separate so you can print them with clear resin. The weapon has a handle, allowing you to hold it from behind while still making it look like GI when he draws his gun.
