This is a window vent that includes provisions for a Whirlpool freestanding air conditioner that uses a 5.5" diameter hose for hot air exhaust. This is made specifically for a vertical sash window that measures 29-5/8" wide. I make no guarantees that this will work for your application, but you may find some inspiration from the models. The add'l dovetail in the one panel allows you to install the vent in any of the three locations, depending on your needs. It is a long print at 15.5 hours hours, consuming 1145g of filament. I have found that white PETG will work, but I strongly suggest you use white ASA so as to be durable enough for long-term use when exposed to outdoor elements AND to handle the high exhaust heat of the AC unit.
